- Baller rock star skis Review by Todd Kehoe
- These skis are my Jackson Hole cruise missiles, these destroy Teton Village/Teton Pass, I love them, they shred everything in the slackcountry. Three season of riding my 2nd Gen Shoots still have camber & fully functional. Whenever I replace them, I'm getting another pair of these skis. Ten year of riding the Rockies (first 7 in AltaBird & last three in JH), this is the most durable fat ski I've ever owned. (Posted on 2/29/12)
- A fun ski for Ak and other big mountains. Review by Cedar Dumont, APD heliskiing

I had a chance to try the shoots last season in Juneau, Alaska. I loved them! As a heli ski guide I am picky and see alot of skis of all shapes and sizes. Within a turn or two I felt completely at home and comfortable.
Very stable and trust worthy. Because of the little difference between mid waist and tail dimensions this ski allows you to kick it sideways smear butter ect. I wish more co's would catch on that a wide tail and narrow waist makes the ski "hook" and not want to smear. Not insanely stiff but burly. It will be my go to ski this year! Great job Bluehouse! - This ski charges hard. Not for the faint of heart. Normally when I break a ski I'm pissed. I actually succeeded in breaking a Shoots, and it's more like a badge of honor. It's very hard to do. The ski looked bad, but you should have seen the other guy! Hint: The other guy was me. (Posted on 11/12/10)
- Shoot! Review by Tom McIntyre
- THE SHOOTS!!! I have 1st gen Shoots and they are still KILLING IT! No core shots, top sheets have some chipping but in all they still look great & perform outstandingly! I ski them in most conditions and they handle anything you throw at... them! If you are looking for a bombproof ski thats on the larger side of the spectrum that will charge through any condition you will experience at the hill that excel in fresh and off piste conditions - The Shoots are the perfect choice!
